MONDAY, 8/26, 5:30-7:00PM - MOVING INTO THE SUNSET: HONORING THE PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT CENTER

Today's practice is to move around the idea of sunsets, transitions and deaths. All are invited to relish in moments of beginning/developing/ ending. What movement punctuations can one find in transitional times?
TUESDAY, 8/27, 5:30-7:00PM - COMMITMENTS: EMBODIED HEALING (DYFIT AT RONDO)
Cohort Facilitator: Aki Shibata
Location: Rondo Community Library, 461 Dale St. N (St Paul)
Founding practitioner of DYFIT, Aki Shibata, leads a weekly practice at the Rondo Community Library, every Tuesday through October. Aki, who lives in Frogtown/Rondo, is excited to bring community residents and library visitors together through joyful dancing. She shares, “I really think DYFIT is peacebuilding through authentic expression in public space.”
WEDNESDAY, 8/28, 5:30-7:00PM - BEING AN ANCESTOR THAT MAKES MISTAKES

What legacy do you want to leave after you are gone? How are you living your life today to create this? What if in the pursuit to be our best selves we make mistakes? What do we risk when we don't practice? Join others in utilizing the DYFIT practice to explore risk taking and mistake making in the context of ourselves as living dying beings.
